F1 supremo Ecclestone had claimed the incident was 'a one-off'. Hamilton, speaking at the Laureus World Sport Award in St Petersburg, where he won the Newcomer of the Year award, said: "it's not really something I want to comment on. I've moved forward and I'm looking forward to first race of 2008." Eccelstone exchanged a warm greeting with Hamilton at the ceremony, which saw tennis star Roger Federer win the Laureus Sportsman of the Year award for a record fourth year in a row.
